PEOPLE OPERATIONS IN YOUR EDUCATION SYSTEM CAN ME CHALLENGING.

Education is a big employer. Employment in education is a big business, at scale. Consistency, however, of school-based employment practices across the nation is lacking. If educators are responsible for the human capital of tomorrow’s workforce, then who is responsible for the human capital of today’s education workforce?
Sch.etc.hr (pronounced “sketcher”)partners with forward-minded school systems to create upward mobility within the economies of school to activate future economies of scale.
Our essential question to school leaders is:
when is the last time your school system updated your job descriptions?
Our Services
Schetchr promotes employee retention, connectedness, and distributed leadership among school staff and faculty during a time when, for so many of us, the educational experiences we provide are becoming exceedingly isolated.
All our work aligns to the Professional Standards of Human Capital Leaders in Education (HCLE) and we provide a network of practical expertise to partner with you and your people who are dedicated to students’ success - in all its forms and fashions - every school day.
What is an A.S.O.?
Schetchr is an Administrative Service Organization, or “ASO”, and we service the human resources administration needs for your school-based employment program.
Schetchr supports how work gets done at your school every day through providing expertise and services that engage personnel from every function and service in the school system. This includes facilitating discussions with your workforce to discover and uncover what work will look like for school-based employment in a post-pandemic workplace.
Amplify the voices of a diverse community.
We provide tools to empower school-based employees to model positive values in their daily work lives. We provide space for employees to self-define their communities of practice, as well as network with other professionals to meet local, school-based employment challenges with a sense of empathy and practitioner-based input.
Sharing experiences from over forty-years of teaching, directing, and consulting, Schetchr’s Digest provides a platform for many collaborators and practitioners from the ED HR world.
Our Mission
Change tomorrow’s economy by supporting schools today.
